Daniel Bagshaw


"Dan's Trust" is a charitable foundation, established in 2012 in memory of Daniel Bagshaw, a cycling enthusiast and extremely talented and athletic young man.

Tragically, Dan died on October 14th 2012, aged just 27, during an ITU Olympic distance triathlon in Hong Kong, when after successfully completing the swim and cycling events, and whilst on the finish line of the run, he was seen to collapse.

London 2 Paris 2016


In June of this year, the charity is running a bigger ride from London to Paris, in which 70 riders will take part. Several, who are new to cycling, are embarking on what for them will be a lifestyle-changing activity. Each year the riders cover their own costs so that their fundraising efforts feed directly into the charity.
